​     The Co Kerry P&B Assoc announces the Co Kerry P&B Outreach Program to help our vulnerable members cope with the strains of the NY & NJ "shelter at home" situation in which we find ourselves.
     For our members needing logistical help (i.e. grocery store, laundromat run, pharmacy etc.) some planning is needed. There may be some bumps in the road as we figure out how to do this well, so please be patient with us while we get our feet under us.
We have set up a dedicated phone number and email address (below) to coordinate 2 groups:

1. Members who would like a helping hand
2. Volunteers to provide that helping hand

     Please contact us and we will try our best to match those in need with someone living nearby to help. We will put you in touch with each other so you can make arrangements directly. Our wish is that anyone who needs assistance gets help.

      If you need help or wish to help, please call the phone # or send an email to us. Eileen Collins and Eileen (O’Keefe) Murphy will be co-chairing and coordinating the effort. We will need your full name, phone #, address, and how we can help OR if you want to volunteer. Emailing is easier for us to organize things but please do not hesitate to call and leave a message if that is preferable.
     Yes, we are in tough times, but tough times often bring out the best in our society – and I’m certain this will bring out the best in our membership. So, please call at least one member – they will appreciate it, and if you need a helping hand or call then reach out and give someone a chance to help out. Stay safe.
